Faida Matoukh
Faida Matoukh is a Jordanian visual artist with a background in General Administration from the University of Jordan. She pursued Fine Arts studies at the Jordanian Institute of Fine Arts (1992–1993) and further honed her skills through four years of specialized training with Jordanian and Iraqi artists. A member of the Jordanian Association of Fine Arts, Faida has held four solo exhibitions (2009, 2013, 2020, and 2024) and participated in over 75 group exhibitions. Her artistic practice has also been enriched through numerous workshops with both Jordanian and international artists. Her work has been featured on the covers of magazines and books, reflecting its resonance beyond traditional gallery settings. Faida has received shields and certificates of appreciation for her active participation in exhibitions and drawing workshops. Her artworks are part of private and institutional collections both in Jordan and internationally, highlighting her contribution to contemporary visual arts.
