Jodar Artistry hosted Faisal Saleh, founder of the Palestinian Museum in the United States and Scotland, in a special talk conducted by Ms. Raida Shahin, with the presence of art enthusiasts and collectors. The museum is an independent cultural initiative dedicated to preserving and exhibiting Palestinian art and heritage, while documenting Palestinian visual memory in the diaspora through ongoing exhibitions and cultural programs.

The discussion focused on the importance of safeguarding Palestinian art and ensuring its continuity as an essential part of cultural identity and collective memory, as well as the need to create platforms that support artists and strengthen their presence. Mr. Saleh emphasized the importance of sustaining and expanding this cultural initiative due to its vital role in supporting Palestinian artists and preserving the Palestinian visual narrative.

The talk coincided with the exhibition “Behind the Yellow Line” by Gaza-based artist Mohammad Al-Haj, whose works are currently on view at Jodar Artistry.
