Lubna Al-Lahham
Lubna Al-Lahham is a Jordanian visual artist and architect. Her work explores abstraction as a space for emotion, memory, and the unconscious, where forms and colors intersect to create depth and visual distance. Drawing inspiration from psychology and inner human experiences, Lubna builds layered surfaces through intuitive processes, often using palette knife techniques to emphasize texture and movement. Nature—particularly forests—appears in her recent works as an imagined, abstracted landscape rather than a literal place, reflecting inner states and emotional rhythms.
