An imagined landscape rooted in a distant childhood memory — a view I once encountered during a family trip. What remains most vivid is not the scenery itself, but the moment of loss within it. There was meant to be a river flowing between the trees, and when I asked my father where it was, he told me it had dried up. I still carry the quiet sadness I felt in that moment, a feeling that continues to surface in my work.
